I'm a native North Carolinian who has been training athletes in the Northern VA area since May 2015. I played Varsity Football for East Carolina University as a wide receiver and punt returner from 2005-2008, while earning a B.S. in Communications with a focus in Public Relations and a Business minor from East Carolina University in December 2009.  

 

My athletic experience and knowledge of all sports, is the foundation that drives me to help every athlete develop skills and proper technique in various sports.  At First Sound Training, we specialize in the growth and development of all athletes who are looking to take their talents to the next level.  You will learn basic and advanced level skills that will help you achieve success in your perspective sport!
